First off, I just want to say a big THANK YOU for my BMW. Jim arrived exactly when he said he would, and had my gorgeous car unloaded so fast! He was great!

It is such an awesome car, better than I could ever have imagined! It looks unbelievable, your detail team did such a great job making it look like a brand new car! It drives absolutely beautifully - so much fun to take out on the highway!! After months of searching, I have my perfect car! :)

I was a little hesitant to buy a used car without seeing it first, but you and your team were so great to work with! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions so promptly, it made my experience so much less stressful. You and your staff were just great! I searched for months for my BMW and I talked with a lot of the "typical" pushy car salesmen, and your customer service and level of professionalism is by far the BEST - nothing typical about it - you run a fantastic operation! I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know looking to find a great car!

One thing is, I did not receive the manual booklet, do you happen to have it there or did it not come with one? I can get the info online if not. Also, I have the delivery confirmation form here that I have signed. Would you like me to fax it or mail it back to you? Let me know and I will get it right out!

Please pass this on to Jonathan. I came in to look at the BMW 750Li that you had listed on your website. My intention was just to check it out and to see how nice it is. I was basically scoping out a potential future purchase. I have a very new, very reliable Infiniti G37x and I really did not need a new car.

 

However, due to the excellent experience I had this past Saturday with Erick, I really enjoyed the vehicle and the service of the sales representatives and the managers at Toy Barn. I came right back on Monday to purchase the BMW 750Li and dealt with Greg. I got a really great deal on the car and got a discount on the warranty. I do not believe in haggling, and the price, indeed, was a no-haggle price. The vehicle was competitively appraised, clean, low-mileage, and well maintained by the previous owner.

 

This past week, I have had numerous face-to-face interactions with the owner, Jonathan, and the two managers, Erick and Greg. Certain things were still owed to me for the vehicle, like the mats, key, etc.; and the staff at Toy Barn is keeping their promises and has a service far beyond my expectations. I give praise when I believe it is due. I have purchased Audi’s, Mercedes’s, and Infiniti’s before at the actual respective dealerships, but the service and loyalty to clients at Toy Barn surpassed them by far.

 

I am confident that I will continue to receive preferential treatment, and I will definitely be coming back ONLY to Toy Barn from now on for my future vehicle needs.

This is to acknowledge and thank you for the very excellent services that we received from you and your team at the Toy Barn when our car unexpectedly broke down on the interstate.  The misfortunes and disadvantaged position of customers when their cars are being repaired are well known and reported.  The service provided was even more remarkable because we were out of state travelers who were mistakenly towed to the Toy Barn.  However, once there, we decided to "take a chance" because the initial reception was professional, friendly, and caring.  The mechanic was superb and refused to settle for damaged parts and, in fact, refused two engines that were not up to his standards.  We also received a loaner until our car was ready.  It is therefore our pleasure to highly recommend, without reservation, the services of the Toy Barn
